I've re-uploaded some U.S. Army Reference Data publications. These visualize Tables of Organization and Equipment in a very detailed way, and sometimes include other things like logistical data, missions, capabilities and other info. They often include every subunit in a division down to the personnel level.
U.S. Army
"Field Artillery Reference Data" (January 1980) H-series ROAD reference data on field artillery organizations including in Infantry Divisions & Separate Brigades, Armored Divisions and Separate Brigades, Airborne Divisions, Airmobile (Air Assault) Divisions), and at Corps. The Corps field artillery section includes Field Artillery Brigades, 105mm and 155mm towed howitzer battalions; 175mm, 8" and 15mm SP battalions; and Lance and Pershing missile battalions. DTIC alternative.
ST 17-1-1 "Armor Reference Data in Three Volumes. Volume I. The Army Division" (1981) H-series ROAD organizational data for Armored and Mechanized Divisions and armored units under Airborne, Airmobile, and Infantry Divisions. DTIC alternative.
ST 17-1-1 "Armor Reference Data in Three Volumes. Volume II. Non-Divisional Organizations"Â (1981) H-series ROAD organizational data for non-divisional organizations including Separate Armored Brigades, Armored Cavalry Regiments, and Air Cavalry Combat Brigades. DTIC alternative.
ST 17-1-1 "Armor Reference Data in Three Volumes. Volume III. Division 86"Â (1981) J-series Army 86 organizational data for Division 86 and Corps 86 units. DTIC alternative.
"FM 101-10-1/1 "Staff Officers' Field Manual—Organizational, Technical, and Logistical Data (Volume 1)" (October 1987) Reference data for the Army 86/Army of Excellence transitionary period, with a TOE cutoff date of August 1985. This was before the Army of Excellence tables were renamed the L-series, so everything is labelled as J-series. It's not as readable as other types of reference data, but includes lengthy organizational charts and personnel/equipment summaries for subunits down to the company-level in Heavy (Armored and Mechanized), Light Infantry, Air Assault, Airborne, and Infantry Divisions (Motorized), Armored Cavalry Regiments, separate brigades, and Airborne Special Forces Groups. This edition was still being cited in field manuals in the mid-1990s (such as FM 10-1 1994) so I assume it's the most recent even during the early 1990s. However, I recommend the FAS Table of Organization and Equipment series for mid/late-1990s AoE, Force XXI and other TOE editions. Internet Archive alternative.
